A third-party logistics provider needed warehouse workflows and commerce integrations that matched how its operation receives inventory, stores products, fulfills orders, and supports multiple sellers. The work had to account for mobile receiving, seller separation, multi-channel orders, and the operational relationships between the warehouse and external platforms. The strategy combined a multi-tenant warehouse application with careful integration work across Shopify, ShipStation, Amazon, marketplaces, and carriers. The system separates seller data and roles while giving warehouse operators one operational view for receiving, inventory, packing, and fulfillment tasks. The platform provides seller self-service portals, an operator workspace, role-based access, mobile receiving with UPC scanning, inventory positions, packing-list exports, document and spreadsheet exports, and online billing flows. Commerce integrations synchronize orders and fulfillment data across connected platforms. Receiving supports planned inbound shipments and manual receipt of unexpected inventory. Inventory is assigned to seller and warehouse positions, while the operator view groups work into queues for receiving, picking, packing, and fulfillment. Each seller receives a separated workspace and portal. Shopify, ShipStation, Amazon, and other marketplaces feed orders into the operation, with handling for marketplace-specific fulfillment and carrier workflows. Role-based access separates seller, warehouse, and operator responsibilities. The application also supports multi-user access, onboarding of new sellers, exports for packing and records, and maintenance workflows for stale batches and synchronization issues. The application is a mobile-first multi-tenant web platform with strict seller isolation, separate portals, role-based access, and operator workflows. Integrations use the APIs and automation hooks of Shopify, ShipStation, marketplaces, and carriers. The architecture keeps warehouse actions, seller stores, order data, and fulfillment updates synchronized across the connected systems.
